hmm almost never, in jerusalem in the past two years it has snowed for a day or two in the winter. In the rest of the country (except for the north, the mountains) it doesn't snow at all…the weather here is realtively warm throughout most of the year. In winter it only rains.

Yes, it doesn't usually snow in Israel, only up north in the mountains.
